You bet! I met Dr Ben through LowCarbUSA. His book is called “15 Minutes to Fitness.” He’s a PhD in exercise science and has been in the fitness industry for 50+ years. He’s published tons of research working with Hopkins and other medical schools. The workout is also on his website, www.drbenbo.com or his YouTube channel. He’d be a great guest on your show!
