The realization hit me especially hard recently, as personal events have led me to reevaluate what's truly important. Losing my mom was a profound reminder of the urgency to reach and help as many people as possible to live healthier, fuller lives, outside the bounds of the sick care system.
With this in mind, I've decided to remove all barriers to our content. Our healthcare system is in crisis, and barriers should not stand in the way of health education. Therefore, I'm excited to announce that all content on our Substack will now be free. This includes courses and specific content aimed at getting folks healthy. It's time for a pivot, one that aligns more closely with our mission and goals.
