Hey everyone! Kwadwo Kyeremanteng here with some exciting updates and insights for this week. We've got a lot going on, starting with our upcoming 28-day men's challenge that kicks off on Monday. We're aiming to rejuvenate the health of 10 amazing guys who have made it a priority to improve their well-being. Each week, we'll have new challenges and daily tips to help them along the way. We're curious to see if this format can truly make a difference in people's lives, and we'll keep you updated on the impact. We might even consider extending it to three months for more measurable results.
Now, let's talk about staying healthy during respiratory season. It's all about taking care of your body. Prioritize reducing stress and getting quality sleep. When it comes to nutrition, focus on a balanced diet with less processed foods and plenty of macronutrients. In my house, we opt for a high-protein diet and load up on veggies. I also supplement with liver capsules and organ meats for a complete set of micronutrients. And of course, staying active is crucial. Listen to your body and exercise without overdoing it. When it comes to supplements, here's what I personally do at home. If I feel a cold coming on, I take zinc and vitamin C. And on a daily basis, I take creatine, vitamin D, magnesium, and I've been trying out ashwagandha as well. These are just my personal choices and not based on scientific data, but they work for me.
